Wohdwa Palace
"Two miles outside the city walls lie the ruins of a great estate. The Wohdwas were high-ranking nobles who won glory in many of Lomar’s old wars, but the family declined under some mysterious curse. The last of the Wohdwas was a warrior-princess named Yilar, who led a legion in the war against Hurhun to great success, but felt that she was denied the honors her victory merited. She plotted against the ruling imperator with a mysterious warlock named Rashmi, but the plot was discovered. Yilar was put to death, Rashmi vanished, and Wohdwa Palace was abandoned. The place is now said to be haunted, perhaps by things the warlock summoned long ago." [1]

Wohdwa Palace Caverns
Lying deep beneath the Wohdwa Palace lie fungus laden caverns and a cold deep river. Giant centipedes skitter about and faint patches of bioluminescent glow can be seen throughout the cavern.

A large step pyramid occupied by a small force of serpentmen lies near the end of the second cavern.

  • Why are they here?
  • How long have they been here?
  • Why do the stairs connect to the palace?

All questions that have yet to be answered.

Hidden Laboratory
A laboratory located under a trap door in one of the western buildings of Wohdwa Palace. This was where Rashmi the sorcerer performed all his secret work. Most of the scrolls and books have rotted away, but fortunately, most of its contents has been transcribed by Kosh onto bone. The scrolls contained information on Rashmi's life as well as all the work he's done.

There is also an unknown, magical object located in the corner of this room that has been covered by a hide tarp. Kosh warns of a dangerous being that resides within it and should never be revealed to the public.
